1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by NP Pesto Pvt. Ltd. ("NP Pesto", "we", "our", or "us"), including our website and on-site pest inspection and treatment services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
NP Pesto provides professional residential and commercial pest management, control, exclusion, and sanitation services. While we apply industry-approved practices to eliminate pests, results vary depending on structure compliance, weather conditions, hygiene upkeep, and follow-up treatment adherence.
3. Customer Obligations
To ensure effective treatment, you must prepare the site in accordance with our instructions provided prior to service visits. This may include clearing spaces, hiding food supplies, vacating premises during certain fogging or chemical operations, and keeping pets clear. Failure to prepare the site may result in rescheduling fees or limited warranty eligibility.
4. Payments, Cancellations & Rescheduling
All service payments are due as stated on your invoice or quotation sheet. Cancelled or rescheduled bookings require at least 24 hours advance notice. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a nominal scheduling fee.
5. Service Warranty
Specific treatments (such as termite control barriers) come with multi-year warranties as explicitly documented in your service contract. Warranties are only valid if all recommendations for structural repairs, dampness fixes, and hygiene maintenance are strictly followed, and scheduled inspections are maintained.
6. Limitation of Liability
NP Pesto is not liable for structural damages, crop losses, or health complications resulting from existing pest infestations prior to treatment completion. We are only liable up to the cash value of the service fee paid for the specific treatment causing any concern.
7. Updates & Contacts
